The Terrapin word and the Terrapin logo are registered trademarks and service marks of Terrapin Communications Inc.

The Safety Turtle words and the Safety Turtle logo are registered trademarks and service marks of Terrapin Communications Inc.

In Canada Terrapin holds the rights to the trademark “Safety Turtle” under registration number TMA517,666, dated 6 October 1999 and in the United States of America, under registration number 2,289,364, dated 26 October 1999.

All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners. No mention is made of rights with respect to other trademarks, service marks or tradenames whether registered or not, which may attach to certain words or signs used herein. The absence of such mention, however, in no way implies that there is no protection of these marks, tradenames, words or signs.
